We are so excited to bring this travelling show through Revelstoke to give our community a taste of the endless possibilities that can become of art when it is mixed with digital technologies. When walking into the gallery you’ll be greeted with 22 still works of art, but using your cellular device (or devices provided by the gallery) you can see the art transform before your eyes.
“The Travel Tracks exhibition offers a unique immersive experience, taking visitors on a global journey through 22 artworks, each enhanced with augmented reality animations. Each piece represents a trip to a different country, inspired by the book of the same title by Ugo Monticone, which chronicles his 20 years of writing around the world. This interactive journey immerses visitors in the world of travel, allowing them to discover new horizons while reflecting on how we create and preserve our memories.”
