Step into a safe and supportive space where you can gain skills with power tools and build your confidence in woodworking. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, this female led workshop is designed to help you flourish.

Instructor Elynyd Benjamin, a Red Seal Carpenter since 2015 and a graduate of the Fine Woodworking Program in Nelson B.C., will guide you through your intro to power tools journey with a series of small take-home projects.

Most materials are included, however participants are required to bring their own safety glasses, pencil, and tape measure.

• $220 per person
• 5 weeks (extended from 4)
• Tuesdays | November 4  – December 2nd

• RVAC woodshop, 320 Wilson St.
• Open to those who identify as women & non-binary folks
• Ages 19+
• No experience required
