Wheel Throwing Refresher

Do your mugs come out looking a little lopsided? Do you want to throw something a little bigger? Or are you just looking for some extra tips and tricks to improve your skills on the wheel? This 3 hour workshop is focused entirely on improving your wheel skills and is open to any of our current pottery studio members. With only 4 students in each class you’ll spend the whole time hands on, getting personaliszed feedback. Make sure you get in quickly! Spaces are sure to sell out.

Morning Class:
Saturday August 13th
9am – 12pm

Afternoon Class:
Saturday August 13th
2pm – 5pm

The details:

• As this class requires the student to have some existing experience with clay it is only open to our current Pottery Studio members. 
• Practice makes perfect! We could spend the entire day on the wheel practising these skills, but to keep the class affordable we have condensed it down to three hours with the notion that you would practice these learned techniques on your own time. We’ve kept a few hours in between these two classes if you’d like to stick around and keep throwing after class.
• Clay is not included! We want students to be able to work with whatever clay they are most comfortable with, or to explore a new clay. Please bring your preferred clay to class or pickup a new box from the front desk before class.
