Administrator & Programming Coordinator
Position: Admin & Programming Coordinator
Location: Revelstoke, BC
Employment Type: Year Round, Part-time Employee – 25 hours per week
Wage: $24 per hour
The Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and reliable individuals to join our team as Summer Camp Staff. In this role, you’ll help deliver engaging, hands-on art activities for children ages 6–12 in a supportive and fun environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily camp setup and cleanup, guiding campers through art projects, and ensuring a safe and inclusive space. Ideal candidates have experience working with kids, a passion for the arts, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Kids Art Camp Instructors
Position: Kids Camp Instructors (x2)
Location: Revelstoke, BC
Employment Type: Summer Only, 4 Weeks Contract – 25 hours per week
Wage: $24 per hour
The Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre is seeking an organized, industrious, and passionate individual to join our team as the Admin & Programming Coordinator. This dynamic and rewarding role involves overseeing the centre’s day-to-day administrative tasks while also managing and developing our educational art workshops.
About the Role
The Admin & Programming Coordinator plays a key role in both daily operations and program development at the Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre. They manage administrative tasks such as answering inquiries, processing sales, and coordinating artists. They also plan, schedule, and budget a diverse range of workshops, conduct community outreach, and help secure funding to keep programs accessible and high-quality. Working closely with the Executive Director, this role is essential in fostering a vibrant and inclusive arts community.

Are you interested in having a positive impact on Revelstoke’s thriving arts community? We are looking for dedicated members of our community who have a passion for the arts.
We are currently seeking individuals with strengths in:
- Financial/Bookkeeping
- Business/Non Profit Experience
- Past Board Experience
We’re stoked about art and we hope you are too! As a new board member you don’t need to be an artist yourself but a keen interest in the visual arts is key! We’ve got a great vision of where we want to go and what we can do for the community – are you ready to help us?!
Our Annual General Meeting will be held in September, 2025 where nominees will be elected.

- 2 year term with option to renew
- 10 scheduled meetings per year
